Returns

Embelliv offers return and exchange services within 15 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and label creation. A restocking fee equal to 10% of the product cost (excluding shipping and taxes) will be applied to all refunds.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition- unworn, unscuffed, and in the original packaging. All accompanying accessories and any additional items received must also be included.
