Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Embelliv offers complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Estimated delivery time is calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. Expedited options such as Express and Rush delivery are also available for a fee.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods (including sales), delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

Returns

Embelliv offers return and exchange services within 15 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and label creation. A restocking fee equal to 10% of the product cost (excluding shipping and taxes) will be applied to all refunds.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition- unworn, unscuffed, and in the original packaging. All accompanying accessories and any additional items received must also be included.
