EmbelliPoints FAQs:
EmbelliPoints is Embelliv’s loyalty program designed to reward you for every step you take with us.
Earn points when you create an account or refer friends, then redeem them for savings on future purchases.
Simply create an account on Embelliv.com using Join button.
Once you sign up, you’ll automatically start earning EmbelliPoints.
You can earn points in several ways:
- 250 points for creating an account
- 1,500 points for each friend you refer who completes their first purchase using your referral link
You can complete both of these actions as they are not exclusive.
Points are awarded only for verified purchases.
100 EmbelliPoints = $1 in store credit.
You can redeem points in increments of 100.
Share your unique referral link with friends.
When your friend makes their first purchase using your referral link:
- You receive: 1,500 EmbelliPoints ($15 value)
- They receive: 15% off their first order (no stacking with other discounts, sales excluded)
Referred friends may also earn 250 EmbelliPoints for creating an account.
There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.
Referrals are only valid for new customers placing their first order. Orders linked to the same shipping address, IP address, device, or customer name as the referrer may be considered ineligible.
Log into your Embelliv account and you’ll see your available EmbelliPoints.
Click on Redeem Points, select the number of points and apply the provided discount code to your order.
No. EmbelliPoints cannot be combined with discount codes.
Yes. EmbelliPoints can be used during promotional sales events.
No. Your points do not expire.
You earn points on the amount paid after discounts, store credits, or points redemptions are applied.
Points earned on returned or refunded orders will be deducted once the return is processed.
Referral points will be revoked if a referred friend returns their qualifying first order.
If the return is exchanged for another qualifying purchase, points may be reinstated based on the final completed order value.
Embelliv reserves the right to adjust points for returned, cancelled, or ineligible orders.
No. There is no limit to the number of points you can redeem.
No. EmbelliPoints are non-transferable and tied to your Embelliv account.
