We currently do not ship outside the contiguous United States, or to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All shipments made within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are considered domestic.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order experiences a significant shipping delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. The tracking number will activate within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Embelliv is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
